Our strengths. Your benefits.

  • Presses

A range of press options means the choices are as broad as your imagination.

We can print up to a B2 format (520 x 720mm) on our 5-colour Komori Lithrone press and on materials up to 800micron in thickness.

And alongside our advancements in pre-press technology we continue to support, maintain and invest in a wide range of press options for our clients.

  • Advanced Reprographics

Technology comes to the fore from the first stages of any print job.

Our reprographics team uses the latest Kodak Thermal Direct CTP (Computer-to-Plate) system to develop plates on press. The pre-press process also includes a Kodak Prinergy Evo workflow software and a Kodak Magnus Quantum III Platesetter.

All of which adds up to increased speed, accuracy, reduced costs and environmental gains.

  • Digital Proofing

Accurate proofs are vitally important to the success of any project.

We recognise their value to our clients and have invested in an Epson 7900 digital proofing facility which is fully calibrated to our presses to ensure colour accuracy.

Nothing could be simpler and more significant - ensuring greater accuracy, consistency and speed.

  • Shared Environment

We largely use vegetable-based inks derived from renewable resources as opposed to chemical or mineral-based inks which are derived from petroleum and used with alcohol-based solvents.

All of our paper and board is from FSC certified suppliers, we also offer a carbon balancing system through the World Land Trust on certain brands.

  • Finishing

Finishing processes can elevate the simplest piece of print into something truly remarkable.

We recognise their value and retain the ability to complete a range of processes in-house; including die-cutting, stitching, creasing, gluing and folding.

And our close relationships with specialist finishing houses mean we have every conceivable base covered.
